The entire (core) activity of “Iberian Navigation” LLC is aimed at the selection of seafarers and the manning of seafarers in accordance with the requirements of national legislation and the Maritime Labor Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), as well as recruitment and employment (Regulation 1.4).

The activity is aimed at the following:
Selection and employment of highly qualified seafarers on board ships of international shipowners in accordance with the requirements of the International Maritime Labor Convention (ILO MLC 2006).

“Iberian Navigation” LLC strives to maintain and implement business cooperation with the world’s leading crewing companies.

The task of “Iberian Navigation” LLC is not only to maintain its own quality management system at a high level, but also to provide (request) its implementation to partners and customers.
