All seafarers are experienced and have the appropriate diploma and certificate in accordance with the STCW 78/95 Convention.
All seafarers have knowledge of English sufficient for professional and everyday communication, which can be confirmed by passing the Marlins test at our training center.
Each seafarer is thoroughly checked within the framework of experience and competence. The seafarer’s maritime documents are checked and certified by the Georgian Maritime Transport Administration.
Before signing an employment contract, the crew is familiarized with the companies’ safety management system and policy.
