Seafarers Training & Certification Centre of Batumi State Maritime Academy was established in July 2012 as a biggest Maritime Training Service Centre provider in Georgia. STCC is a functional unit manned with highly qualified staff.
On November 27, 2014, Batumi State Maritime Academy has opened a modern, high standard and international level seafarer training and certificication center equipped with modern training-simulation
The Seafarers Training and Training Center holds seafarers professional training / retraining courses for all seafarers working in the navy and issues relevant certificates in accordance with STCW Convention and IMO Model Courses.
