We select seafarers based on their education and previous experience. All our seafarers are certified according to the STCW – 95 standard.

Everyone is familiar with the ISM Code. Our seafarers pass the professional employment knowledge test CES 6.3. We also have personnel from the Batumi Maritime Academy in our database to facilitate the growth of future officers.

Before employment, our seafarers undergo a medical examination (drug / alcohol testing, vaccinations).

Thus, all our seafarers meet the requirements of all international standards.
